Corona 19 Statement From JMC Financial Services
We have been monitoring the situation regarding the coronavirus outbreak and following the governments announcement we have made the decision to change to remote working for all staff , this will be implemented on an ongoing basis until the situation improves. This is a precautionary measure to protect the health and safety of the team as well as their friends and families.
Our investment in our online systems means that we are 100% cloud based which allows all our staff members to work from home. This includes our telephone services which will enable the team to continue to assist our clients with their cases and enquiries. We have tested our remote working technology and therefore expect to be able to continue with our service as near to normal as possible.
The decision to halt face to face meetings and events between JMCFS has already been implemented. Our team of Advisers and office staff now offer meetings via video call, as well as being contactable through email and telephone as normal.
As mentioned, our services will continue as near to normal as possible therefore the team will be able to assist you with cases as well as any new cases or enquiries. As ever if a case needs escalation do contact our team to bring it to our attention.
